直廓内齿轮实用直角坐标方程研究

摘　　要：内齿轮齿廓几何的精确描述是在三坐标测量机上实现其齿形、齿向及齿距测量的首要环节。运用坐标变换原理,推导了直线齿廓内齿轮直角坐标方程。该方程能准确、真实地描述直线齿廓内齿轮端面齿廓,为三坐标测量提供了必要的测量数据。It is the primary link of impementing the measurement for tooth profile,tooth curve and pitch of teeth on the three-coordinates measuring machine to the precise geometric description of internal gear tooth profile.The rectangular equation was deduced on the basis of the coordinate transformation theory,it can precisely and truly describe the tooth profile.The essential measuring data was supplied for the three-coordinates measurement.
