小直径冷轧螺纹钢筋的生产技术及其材料特性研究

摘　　要：介绍了小直径冷轧螺纹钢筋的生产工艺和技术要求,说明了小直径冷轧螺纹钢筋材料的实验方法,重点研究了小直径冷轧螺纹钢筋材料的显微组织、力学特性、弹性模量、锚固特性、预应力圆孔板载荷特性,分析了使用小直径冷轧螺纹钢筋材料的经济效益。表明小直径冷轧螺纹钢筋生产工艺过程简单,其产品具有强度高、塑性好、与混凝土试件的握裹力大等特点,是一种高效节能的新型建筑钢材。Technology and demand of the small diameter cold-roll twisted steel were introduced,experiment method of the small diameter cold-roll twisted steel was introduced.The micro organize and mechanics characteristic and elasticity pattern were studied and characteristic and load characteristic of prestressed disc were fixed,studied the economic benefits of using the small diameter cold-roll were studied.It showed introduced technology simple and high strength and better toughness and better power of gripping,and is a new kind of construction materials with high benefit and save energy.
