摘　　要：根据铁路货车提速(120 km/h)要求,研发了货车转向架载荷试验装置,用于货车转向架承载能力综合性能在线测试。该装置可检测货车转向架自由高、加载自由高等关键技术参数。测试结果自动判断、储存和打印,自动化程度高、性能稳定、检测数据准确可靠。According to the railway vehicle increase speed（120 km/h） request,manufacture the freight car bogie measuring device.It can test carrying capacity of the freight cars bogie online.The device can measure key technical parameters of the height degree freedom and load height degree freedom for the freight cars bogie.Automatic judgment the test results,storage and print.It has advantages of high automation and precision,stable performance,accurate and reliable test data.
