摘　　要：从患者、医院和社会三个角度,分别阐述了HIV/AIDS治疗成本的内容和测算方法,并结合实证资料,从社会人口学特征、疾病治疗阶段和不同效果指标等方面出发,总结了目前HIV/AIDS治疗成本的分析方法,最后描述了影响成本分析的主要因素及其控制策略。This paper explained the contents anti methods of calculation of HIV/AIDS treatment costs respectively from three aspects： patients, hospitals and community, combined with empirical data, summarized the cost analysis method of HIV/AIDS treatment from the soeio-demographic characteristics, the treatment stage of the disease, different effective indicators, and described the main factors affected cost analysis and its control strategy in the last part.
