健脾清利益肾活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎56例

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾清利益肾活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将98例病人分成2组,治疗组56例,采用健脾清利益肾活血中药治疗;对照组42例,采用西药常规治疗,30 d后评判疗效。结果:两组有效率分别为92.86%、86.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组24 h尿蛋白定量检测结果对比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组肾功能治疗前后均无显著性改变。结论:健脾清利益肾活血法对慢性肾小球肾炎具有良好的治疗效果。Objective： to probe into the therapeutic effects of the chronic glomerulonephritis treated by methood of strengthening the spleen, reinforcing the kidney, removing dampness and activating blood circulation. Methods： 98 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. And treatment group （ n = 56） were treated by the Chinese drugs of strengthening the spleen, reinforcing the kidney and activating blood circulation, while control group （ n = 42） were given routine treatment of Western medicine, then the curative effects were evaluated after 30 d. Results： Two groups had the respective effective rates of 92.86% and 86.67 %, and treatment group was superior to control group （P 〈 0.05）. The results of qualitative detection of urinary protein of two groups showed that treatment group was also superior to that of control group （P〈0.05）. Two groups showed no significant difference in the kidney functions before and after treatment. Conclusion： the method of strengthening the spleen, reinforcing the kidney, removing dampness and activating blood circulation has a good effect on chronic glomerulonephritis.
