摘　　要：固定在管壁上的高灵敏度振动传感器监测管道遭遇打孔盗油、第三方开挖时引起的振动信号,通过特别设计的电荷变换、程控增益放大、滤波调理电路以及单片机与DSP构成的嵌入式系统对该信号进行分析处理,将管道遭到威胁的信息通过GPRS模块发送到监控中心。在长输管道的应用表明:该系统可以有效地对管道破坏事件进行预警。High sensitivity vibration sensors are set on the pipeline wall to detect the special vibration signal, which is caused by the activities of oil-stealing as well as the third-party excavation. Whether the pipeline is threatened by such the activities is concluded in the signal analysis and signal processing made by a delicate embedded system composed of a charge sensitive amplifier,again-progammed amplifier, a filter circuit, MCU and DSP, The message that the pipeline is threatened transmitted to the control center via the GPRS module. The system has been used on long-distance pipeline for a long time during which the system can give alarm signals in time to protect the pipeline.
