摘  要:目的观察重组人表皮生长因子雾化吸入治疗急性气道吸入性损伤的疗效。方法14例烧伤并吸入性损伤患者烧伤后6h左右行气管切开,所有患者气管套管外加人工鼻,给予重组人表皮生长因子雾化吸入(500u/次,4~12次/d),定期行纤维支气管镜检查观察治疗效果。结果经雾化吸入表皮生长因子局部治疗,轻度吸入性损伤气道黏膜5d左右修复,中度吸入性损伤9d左右修复,重度吸入性损伤14~21d修复,所有患者无1例死亡。结论重组人表皮生长因子雾化吸入能有效促进气道黏膜修复,与既往文献报道相比,黏膜修复时间明显缩短。[Objective] To observe the efficacy of inhaling recombinent human epidermal growth factor on acute airway inhalation injury. [Method] Tracheostomy were performed in fourteen patients suffering from inhalation injury six hours after burning, those patients used artificial nose and were given inhalation of recombinent human epidermal growth factor (500 u per time, 4-12 times per day). Bronchoscope was carried out in those patients regularly to observe the process of recovery. [Results] The time of recovery of damaged bronchial mucosa was about five days in mild inhalation injury, nine days in moderate injury, and fourteen-twenty one days in severe injury. All patients were survival. [Conclusions] Inhalation of recombinent human epidermal growth factor in inhalation injury may enhance the repair of the damaged airway mucosa and reduce the time of recovery.
