摘　　要：目的探讨肾囊肿性疾病的后腹腔镜手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法该文回顾性分析后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿性疾病118例患者的临床资料。结果表明118例手术均成功,手术时间15～120min,平均39min;术中出血25～200mL,平均39mL;9例术后复发,1例超声刀断裂。结论认为后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术是治疗肾囊肿性疾病安全,有效的方法。[ Objective ] To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoseopic operation in the treatment of cystic kidney disease. [Method] A total of 118 patients with cystic kidney disease were operated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic cystic kidney disease ablation from June 2004 to March 2007. [Results] 100%（38/38） were performed successfully. Operation time was 5 to 120 min （mean, 39 min）. 9 cases reocurred and 1 case for ultrasonic knife broken. [Conclusion] Retroperitoneal laparoseopic unroofing is a safe and effective procedure for cystic kidney disease.
