摘  要:通过建立横梁夹紧机构的非线性接触模型,利用有限元方法分析了夹紧力与夹紧液压缸输入压力、横梁夹紧机构与导柱的初始配合间隙之间的关系,对设计条件下的横梁夹紧力及强度进行了校核。试验结果证实了理论建模及分析结果的正确性。A comprehensive performance characteristics Lest stand is fundamental and indispensable for hydraulic dampers to be tested before delivery.The clamping structure on the test stand affects the reliability,safety of the test stand and accuracy of the test results.Based on the nonlinear contact model,the relationship between the clamping force and the input pressure of the clamping cylinder as well as the clearance between the sliding rod and clamping beam is analyzed with the aid of FEM.The strength of the beam and the clamping force are checked under designed condition.Moreover,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experimental results.
