摘  要:室内盆栽试验表明,新霉素与农业上常用的杀菌剂农用链霉素的防效相当,200mg/L防治大白菜软腐病防效为77.55%,姜瘟病防效为77.55%,稻白叶枯病防效为69.07%,柑桔溃疡病防效达80.51%。进一步研究表明,新霉素对作物安全无药害,KM小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值大于5000mg/kg,急性经皮毒性LD50值大于2000mg/kg,对白兔急性皮肤刺激、眼刺激均为低毒级。新霉素在防效、急性毒性和皮肤、眼刺激试验方面都达到了一定标准,在开发新的生物农药方面具有较好前景。The control efficacy of neomycin is comparative with streptomycin using the potted plant experiment, with control efficacies of 77.55% in soft rot of cabbage, 77.55% in ginger blast, 69.07% in rice white leaf blight, 80.51% in citrus canker, at the concentration of 200 mg/L. Further results show that neomycin does not have phytotoxicity. By using of KM mice, the LD50 of oral toxicity is above 5 000 mg/kg, the LD50 of skin motivation is above 2000 mg/kg. The rabbit acute skin irritation and eye irritation tests are both at the level of low toxicity. The efficacy, the acute toxicity, the acute skin and eye irritation of Neomycin are all up to standard. There is a broad prospect in the development of new biological pesticide.
