摘　　要：以苹果梨茎段为材料,基本培养基、6-BA、NAA和蔗糖为试验因子,每因子设置3个含量水平,以不同培养基的增殖系数为测定指标,通过L9(34)正交设计,筛选出1种适于苹果梨茎段增殖的培养基配方为1/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L.Selecting Pingguoli stem as material, basic media , 6-BA , NAA and sucrose as factors which have 3 content levels respectively, and the proliferation coefficient of different media as index of this experiment,an ideal medium 1/2MS＋6-BA 1.5 mg/L＋NAA 0. 3 mg/L＋sucrose 30 g/L for proliferation culture of Pingguoli stem was screened through the orthogonal test of L9 （3^4 ）.
