摘　　要：将犬新孢子虫Nc-1株腹腔注射沙鼠体内进行人工感染,测定沙鼠腹腔感染的急性免疫应答.结果表明:沙鼠可作为急性新孢子虫病合适的动物模型,既可用作临床上新孢子虫病的筛选,还可替代组织学和PCR方法检测新孢子虫病疫苗的免疫效力.Use NC-1 strain of Neospora caninum tO take artificial infection by intraperitoneal injection, and determined the acute response of intraperitoneal injection in gerbils. The results showed that gerbils can be used as a suitable animal model of acute neosporosis, can be used to screen neosporosis and determine the effective of vaccines for neosporosis without using histology or PCR
