摘  要:针对火炮综合质量评估标准不统一,难以从同一水平上衡量火炮之间的质量状况,以某加农榴弹炮为例,基于模糊综合评判法建立火炮综合质量评价模型,提取炮口动量金属利用系数、炮口初始扰动、火炮跳高、缓冲效率、平均复进速率和炮口动量示性系数作为其质量评价指标;运用层次分析法,综合专家经验构造了判断矩阵,并用和积法计算判断矩阵,得到了各指标的相对权重;通过升半梯形和降半梯形分布函数简化了评判模型中的隶属函数,利用加权求和运算算子得到了火炮的质量状态。Aimed at the problem that quality assessment standards of gun system are in clutter, it is difficult to assess their quality from the same level. Taking a type of cannon-howitzer as an example, based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment method, the comprehensive quality assessment model of gun system was built up. The metal utilization coefficient of muzzle momentum, muzzle initial disturbance, gun bounce height, buffer efficient, average counter-recoil rate and muzzle momentum indicial coefficient were consid- ered as indexes of quality assessment model. By use of analytic hierarchy process, combined with expert experience, judgment matrix was constructed, and the relative weight of indexes was obtained. The mem- bership functions of quality assessment model were simplified by means of half-ascent-trapezoid function and half-descent-trapezoid function. Through the weighted-summed-operator, the comprehensive quality state of gun sytem was acquired.
