摘  要:某型高射机枪瞄准镜镜内分划不规律,应用分划刻制原理对其进行分析得出:镜内分划的分布受瞄准具固定位置影响,当瞄准镜光轴与枪膛轴线不在同一水平面时,镜内分划分布不规律。当瞄准镜光轴与枪膛轴线不在同一铅垂面内时,对武器射击精度有影响。对规正靶校枪武器,瞄准镜光轴偏离枪膛轴线方向,与射弹偏差方向相反;对距离为100m的校枪武器,瞄准镜光轴偏离枪膛轴线方向,与射弹偏差方向相同。因此,在武器设计时,应尽可能安排瞄准镜光轴与枪膛轴线一致,以使瞄准镜镜内分划趋于规律,减小错误装定分划的可能性,提高射击精度。In a type of antiaircraft machine gun, the sight graduation is abnormal. By use of sight graduation principle, the abnormal phenomenon was analyzed. The analyzed results showed that the sight location has larger influence on distribution of sight graduation. When scope sight and gun-barrel axis are not at the same level, sight graduation is abnormal. When scope sight and gun-barrel axis are not at the same vertical surface, the firing accuracy is also affected. In regard to correction plate testing arms, the direction of scope sight departure from gun-barrel axis is reverse to that of burst error; in regard to firing test arms in lOOm, the direction of scope sight departure from gun-barrel axis is same as to that of burst error. In design of weapon system, scope sight should be arranged to be consistent with gun-barrel axis, so as to arrive at the result that the sight graduation is regular, the probability of error setting is reduced, and firing accuracy is improved.
