摘　　要：本文就实行财政国库集中支付制度以来,医院使用财政资金支付工程款遇到的新问题进行了探讨,强调了加强部门预算、用款计划、申报管理的重要性,以保证工程质量和进度,提高财政资金使用效益。This article discusses the new problems encountered in the filed of hospital construction project payment after the implementation of ＂Treasury Centralized Payment System＂, emphasizing the mportance of departmental budgeting and cash out-flow plan application so to ensure the construction project＇s quality and progress and improve the usage efficiency of treasury funds.
