摘　　要：我国社会转型期不断出现的弱势群体,已成为引发社会利益矛盾和冲突的重要原因,也成为关系社会公平、公正的焦点问题。弱势群体缺乏有效的利益诉求渠道,是群体性事件引发和难以良好解决的关键因素。建立完善的弱势群体利益诉求机制,并注重提高弱势群体自身的文化水平和政治素质,建立和扶植代表他们利益的各种社会组织,对于实现社会和谐发展具有重要意义。The occurring of the disadvantaged group in the social transition period has become an important factor to cause social interest conflict, which has been the focus to affect the social equality and fairness. The lack of effective channels for them to demand the interest is the key factor to cause the group incident and not to solve it smoothly. It is significant to realize the society＇ s han^nious development to construct perfect interest demand mechanism for them, and to put the focus on improving their education and political standard. At the same time, various social organizations on the behalf of their interest should be established and helped.
