特色农业发展管理评价指标与方法研究

摘　　要：本研究将特色农业发展态势分为"优强态"、"健康态"、"合格态"、"病态"、"夭折态"5种类型,所构建的评价指标体系涵盖了特色农业的主要管理因素.利用模糊综合评价方法,判定发展状态,探寻存在的病症及病因,创造性地将"短板效应"和"钻头效应"作为特色农业发展评价的2个特殊因素,可用于区域特色农业整体发展态势或单个企业管理效果的评价.The situation of special agricultural development was divided into five types as follows：excellent state, healthy state, qualified state, sick state and mortal state. The evaluation index system covered the major factors of specialty agricultural management. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the developing states were determined to detect the existed problems and their formations. The ＂short-board effect＂ and ＂bit effect＂ were creatively used as two special factors for evaluating of special agricultural development, which could be used for evaluating the whole development situation of regional special agriculture or the management effects of an enterprise.
