绿颖和敌死虫对枸杞叶片生理特性的影响

摘　　要：在田间条件下研究喷施农用喷淋油(液态物理膜制剂)绿颖和敌死虫对枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)叶片光合作用、呼吸作用和蒸腾作用等生理特性的影响.结果表明,不同液态物理膜制剂对枸杞叶片的光合作用、呼吸作用、蒸腾作用的影响不同.与对照相比,不同倍液的绿颖和敌死虫可以提高或不降低枸杞叶片的净光合速率、呼吸速率和蒸腾速率;但使得气孔导度增大,叶温降低;用100倍液、200倍液喷施可以提高水分利用效率.因此,喷施液态物理膜制剂对枸杞叶片光合作用、呼吸作用和蒸腾作用等生理特性无明显不利影响.Effects of different liquid film materials （LYSK and JDSH） on physiological characteristics in Lycium barbarum L. were studied. The results showed that different petroleum spray oil had different effects on photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration of the leaf in Lycium barbarum L. Different concentration of LYSK and JDSH could improve significantly or had no distinct effect on the rate of photo-synthesis, rate of respiration and rate of transpiration, and increase the stoma conduction, reduce the temperature of leaves, in addition, WUE were enhanced in lower concentration of LYSK and JDSH. Hence, liquid film materials had no disadvantage effect on photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration of leaf in L ycium barbarum L..
