摘  要:为使Rogowski线圈电流互感器更准确、快速地对一次侧电流信号做出响应,应适当地选取负荷电阻。文章重点分析了暂态电流的响应情况,并用具体参数分析、仿真了负荷电阻和测量误差的关系,选出了所采用参数情况下最理想的负荷电阻。为了解决相位误差及以往相位补偿不足的问题,提出了基于贝塞尔滤波器的全通恒时延滤波器,并用具体参数对相位补偿进行了仿真。For a more accurate and rapid response of Rogowski coil current transformer to the primary current,the appropriate load resistance should be selected, This paper focuses on the analysis of the response to transient current, the relationship between the load resistance and measurement error is simulated by specific parameters analysis, and the best load resistance of used parameters is elected. In order to solve the phase error and inadequate phase compensation, the all-pass filter with constant-time-delay based on Bessel filter is proposed and the phase compensation is simulated using specific parameters.
