摘　　要：为合理选择海上溢油应急服务设施点,使服务设施能在最短时间内到达应急地点,建立在最短路径分析基础上、考虑在限制约束条件下的应急点选址模型.以长江口海域等为例进行模型分析.该模型与仅考虑最短路径的模型相比,实际应用性较强.In order to locate the ocean oil spill emergency service site reasonably and make the service establishments reach the emergency site in the shortest time, the emergency allocation model are established with the restricted condition based on the shortcut route analysis. The Yangtze River entrance is taken as example, and the model analysis is conducted which only consider the model in the shortest route. It has stronger application.
