摘 要:利用单乙醇胺和一水柠檬酸反应,制备一种新的洗涤助剂柠檬酸酰胺。对反应条件进行了优化与探讨,最佳反应时间为180 min,反应温度为130℃。对产品结构进行了红外表征。用EDTA络合滴定法测定了产物的钙离子螯合能力。研究了螯合时间、温度对螯合量的影响,结果表明,柠檬酸酰胺的钙离子螯合能力随着时间增长而增大,当螯合时间为15 min时螯合量达到最大值368 mg CaCO3/g。温度对助剂的螯合能力影响很大,温度升高螯合力迅速降低。将产物加入重垢液体洗涤剂配方中,显示有很好的助洗性能。A new nonphosphate detergent builder citric amide was synthesized from monoethanolamine and citric acid. The reaction condition was optimumed and investigated,the best reaction time is 180 min and the reaction temperature is 130℃. The structure of the product was characterized by IR spectrum. The chelating ability of the product to calcium was determined by EDTA complex titration. The influence of chelating time and chelating temperature to chelating ability were considered. The results show that the chelating ability increased with time, the maximum chelating value is 368 mg CaCO3/g when the chelating time is 15 min. However the temperature has an opposite effect to the chelating ability. Applications of the citric amide in heavy duty liquid detergent show that the product has very good assisting washing ance. perform
