复方黄连降糖片与二甲双胍调节糖脂代谢的药效学对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较中药复方黄连降糖片与二甲双胍调节糖脂代谢的药效学作用。方法以小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射加高脂饮食诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠为模型,除正常组外,根据血糖分为模型组、复方黄连降糖片组和二甲双胍组,药物组分别给予干预治疗8周,治疗期间每周常规称量体重1次,8周时测定大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖负荷2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并观察大鼠的肝脏大体形态。结果复方黄连降糖片对大鼠的体重、TG、PBC、HbAlc的调节作用优于二甲双胍;二甲双胍对FBG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C的作用好于复方黄连降糖片:对大鼠肝脏大体形态的影响两药基本一致。结论复方黄连降糖片和二甲双胍均能有效改善糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢紊乱,但复方黄连降糖片对作为糖尿病长期控制标准的HbAlc及糖尿病最常出现的TG升高具有更好的调节作用。提示复方黄连降糖片对糖尿病的长期控制和调节脂代谢异常比二甲双胍更具有意义。Objective To compare the pharmacodynamic action of adjusting glucolipid metabolism between “Fufang Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet” and metformin. Methods Healthy female Wistar rats modeled with 28 mg/kg streptozotocin（STZ） by intraperitoneal injection and taking high fat diet. Model rats were divided into model group, treatment group and mefformin group, and normal group was set up. Treatment group was treated with “Fufang Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet” and metformin group was treated with metformin for eight weeks. Weight was measured per week, after 8 weeks, the following indexes were tested： FBG, PBG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and liver shape. Results “Fufang Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet” surpassed metformin in adjusting weight, TG, PBG and HbAlc. Metformin surpassed the Tablet in adjusting FBG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C. It is nearly identical in liver shape between two drugs. Conclusion Both the Tablet and mefformin can improve the disorder of glucolipid metabolism well in diabetic rats, but the former improves more significantly. It is indicated that “Fufang Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet” outweighs metformin in the long-term control of diabetes and regulating lipid metabolism disorders.
