摘　　要：从证候特点、发病机制、实验研究、临床研究等方面,对近年来有关阳明腑实证的研究文献进行回顾分析,为阳明腑实证诊断及治疗研究提供良好的依据。This paper reviews the literature about the recent researches in yangming visceral substantive syndrome based on syndrome characteristics, pathological mechanisms, experimental studies and clinic researches, so it will benifit the study of diagnosis and treatment of yangming visceral substantive syndrome and correlative diseases.
