摘  要:提出钢桥铺面裂缝快速修复材料性能要求,采用粘度、拉拔、剪切等试验对修复材料进行性能试验研究.通过性能优化试验研究考察配比、温度及养生时间对材料性能的影响.试验结果表明:所选裂缝修复材料CLK47,CLRB,CLEAI,CLEAII满足技术性能要求,具有较好的性能指标;配比、温度、养生时间对材料性能、强度成长有一定影响.针对裂缝类型的不同推荐了相应的修复材料.通过对裂缝修复材料配比的微调可优化材料的粘度、固化时间,较高的环境温度和较长的养生时间对材料强度形成有促进作用.The performance requirements of the rapid repair materials of steel deck surfacing are presented. Viscosity, drawing, shear test were adopted to study the performance of repair materials. The performance optimization of the repair materials was taken to analyze the influence of the mixture ratio, temperature, and health preserving time on the material performance. The test results show that the repair materials CLK47, CLRB, CLEAI, CLEAII meet the technical requirements with good performance index. Mixture ratio, temperature, and health-preserving time have influence on the material performance and the strength growing. Different type of repair material is recommended according to different fracture type. By fine adjusting of the mixture ratio, the repair material's viscosity, solidifying time can be optimized. And higher temperature or longer health reserving time is beneficial to for the growing of the material's strength.
