武汉东湖PP类噬藻体的遗传多样性研究

摘　　要：设计出一对特异性扩增噬藻体PP序列的引物159B,利用该引物对若干季节的武汉东湖不同湖区的PP类噬藻体进行PCR扩增和PCR产物直接测序.结果表明:PP类噬藻体PCR扩增序列的差异不大(最大不超过12%),推测环境中PP类噬藻体的遗传多样性较为稳定.Oligonucleotide primers 159B were designed to specifically amplify a fragment of cyanophage PP DNA , and were also used to amplify some field samples from Donghu Lake in Wuhan. The PCR products were sequenced finally. The result indicates that the diversity of sequences of field PP-like cyanophage is similarly to each other （the similarity is over 92%）. It implies that the genetic diversity of environmental PP-like cyanophages is relatively stable.
