摘　　要：《中国志》是西亚地区描述、介绍中国法律制度与法律文化一部非常重要的作品,也是研究外国人研究中国法律状况的重要资料。本文以《中国志》为研究对象,评析其得失,并对其对传播中国传统法律文化所起的作用进行介绍。Book of China, an important document complied by the Western Asian scholars in the ancient times, is a major achievement of overseas studies of the Chinese legal system and legal culture in general, The present paper analyses the merits and shortcomings of the book and its significance in spreading Chinese legal culture.
