摘  要:江苏某中药生产企业产生大量的含有有机污染物的高浓度生产废水,采用生化-物化组合工艺进行处理,对处理的关键技术进行了探讨,对工程设计参数和污染物去除机理进行了探索,并进行了技术经济分析。实践证明,该工艺能经济有效地实现中药废水的达标处理,运行稳定。A Chinese traditional medicine production wastewater treatment project with 200 t/d scales was applied to an enterprise which generated a great deal of wastewater: influent COD 10 000 mg/L, BOD5 3 500 mg/L, and SS 500 mg/L. In the project, a integrated technology was adopted. The discussion on the key technologies of Chinese native medicine wastewater processing had carried on an exploration on the engineering design parameter and the pollutant elimination mechanism had carried out, and the technical -economic had been analysed. The practice proved that its effluent met the national standards, the project was of stable operation with low cost .
