摘　　要：在已研制的电脑提花圆纬机电子选针控制系统的基础上,讨论将电子选针器与调线手指相结合实现自动变色选线的原理、过程及设计方案,重点介绍实现自动变线调线机控制系统的关键技术及改造要点。结果表明,该自动调线机控制系统与选针控制数据算法能够很好地实现对调线机的控制任务,并且可以满足大量数据传送的需要及速度要求,使整套系统设计灵活,为该类机器的研制提供参考依据。Based on the developed electronic needle selection control system of the computer-based jacquard circular weft knitting machine, this paper discusses the automatic color change and striping principle, process and design scheme through the combination of the electronic needle selector and the striping finger, and mainly introduces the key technologies and key points of modification for implementation of automatic striping control system. The research results show that the automatic striping control system and the needle selection control data can successfully finish the control task for the striping device and meet the requirements of mass data transfer and fast speed. In addition, the total system proves to be very flexible, which provides the reference for the development of these kinds of machines.
