摘　　要：棉花散纤维染色的重现性较差,易产生色差和缸差。文中分析了影响棉花散纤维染色重现性的人、机、料、法、环、测6类因素,并从原料、设备、染化料、水质、生产管理、工艺设计等方面提出了改善色差和缸差的有效途径和相应措施。The dyeing reproducibility of cotton bulk fibers is worse, and the color deviation and vat difference is easy to occur. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the dyeing reproducibility of cotton bulk fibers in terms of the different operators, machines, materials, methods, conditions and measurements, and puts forward the effective measures for improving the color deviation and vat difference in terms of raw materials, equipments, dyes, water quality, production management and technology design.
