摘  要:建立了气相丙烯聚合CSBR反应器的定态模型,通过计算,考察了反应器的热稳定性及各工艺参数即催化剂进料量、循环丙烯量、新鲜丙烯进料量和温度对反应器定态行为的影响。研究结果表明:反应器是在假稳态点下操作的,循环丙烯量是影响体系温度的主要因素,反应温度随催化剂进料量和新鲜丙烯进料温度的增加而增大,随循环丙烯量的增加而降低;体系压强与温度成反向变化关系。The steady modeling of gas-phase polymerization of propylene in CSBR reactor was established. The hot stability and the effects of various technological parameters, such as the feed flow rate of catalyst, circular propylene, fresh propylene and the temperature of fresh propylene on the dynamic behavior of reactor were studied by means of computer simulation. The results showed the reactor Worked under trustable point, the flow rate of circular propylene was the primary factor influenced the temperature of the reactor, the temperature rose when the feed flow of catalyst and fresh propylene increased and droped when the feed flow of circular propylene increased, and the changes of pressure contrary to the temperature.
