摘  要:主要研究加入不同质量分数(0.3%、0.6%、1.0%、2.0%)抗水解剂聚碳化二亚胺(PCI)的聚乳酸(PLA)在95℃热水中水解0、1、2、4、8h后的水解性能。通过端羧基滴定法、凝胶色谱法(GPC)、流变稳态扫描、差示扫描量热测定法(DSC)和拉伸性能测试对水解前后的样品性能进行了研究。结果发现:聚碳化二亚胺是聚乳酸有效的抗水解剂,抗水解性能随着抗水解剂添加量的增加而增强。The hydrolytic resistance of poly(lactic acid)(PLA)with different mass fractions (0.3%, 0.6%, 1.0%, 2.0% ) of hydrolytic resistance agent polycarbodiimide in 95 ℃ water for 0, 1, 2, 4, 8 h was studied. The concentration of -COOH group of PLA after hydrolysis was measured by titrimetric methods. The changes of molecular weight, thermal behavior, shear viscosity were studied by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), DSC and rheometer, respectively, tensile strength was also assessed by universal tester. It was found polycarbodiimide was an effective hydrolytic resistance agent for PLA, and the hydrolytic resistance upgraded with the increase of the content of the hydrolytic resistance agent.
