人工心脏瓣膜返流量的非定常流测量方法研究

摘  要:为简化人工心脏瓣膜返流量测量装置的结构,降低测试成本,提出了用非定常流等效定常流进行人工心脏瓣膜返流量测量的新方法,推导出了非定常流等效定常流测量时的水头适用条件,利用流体力学拉格朗日积分建立了非定常流的非线性微分方程并进行了数值解析,分析了该方法的理论测量误差。计算和实验表明:在满足水头适用条件且瓣膜反向过流面积与测试管截面积比值小于3.422%时,非定常流测量方法实际测量精度可保证在2.27%以内。该方法的提出对于以非定常流等效定常流方法进行人工心脏瓣膜返流量测量系统的设计提供了理论依据。To simplify the structure of measuring equipment and reduce its cost, a new method for measuring the regurgitant volume of cardiac valve prostheses was presented. The measuring method used unsteady flow instead of steady flow, deducted the elevation condition for application (ECA) of the method, established nonlinear differential equations of unsteady flow by Lagrange integral. The measurement error was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the measuring precision was about 2.27 % under the condition that ECA and the ratio of cross sectional areas of valve and test tube was smaller than 3.422 %. The proposed method offers an academic foundation for the design of a test system to measure the regurgitant volume of cardiac valve prostheses.
