摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法,对同样具有管理过程、服务性质的高校公共体育引入"三标一体"教育质量管理体系的必要性和可行性进行全面、深入的分析,并结合实际设计出既能体现"三标一体"教育质量管理体系标准化,又能突出公共体育特点的高校公共体育教育教学管理体系的运行模式,构建出新型的高校公共体育教育体系。This paper is the same management process College sports services to the introduction of the ＂three superscript integrated＂ education quality management system and the need to conduct a comprehensive feasibility; depth analysis and practical design can combine to embody the ＂three superscript one＂ quality management system standard, also prominent features of the College Sports Report Physical Education Management System, the operating mode, construction of a new type of college sports public education system.
