促进福建漳州市花卉产业升级的对策思考

摘　　要：漳州地处福建东南沿海,发展花卉产业具有得天独厚的优势,潜力巨大。在向现代农业迈进的进程中,面临着许多的机遇和挑战,文章分析了制约漳州花卉产业升级的因素,提出促进漳州花卉产业升级、实现跨越发展的相应对策:优化产业结构,促进产业升级;依靠科技创新,提高科技含量;注重经济效益,构建标准体系;完善市场建设,提高营销水平;推进漳台合作,实现互利双赢。Zhangzhou City is situated at Fujian southeast coast, and has the unique advantages and enormous potential of developing flowers and plants industry. In the course forging ahead toward modern agriculture, it has been confronted with a lot of opportunity and challenge. The article analyses the factors that restrict flowers and plants industry upgrading in Zhangzhou City, and proposes corresponding countermeasures that can boost Zhangzhou flower and plants industry upgrading and achieve leapfrog development： Optimize industrial structure, boost industry upgrading; Depend on science and technology innovation, improve technology content; pay attention to an economic effect, build standard system; improve market building, raise the level of marketing; promote cooperation between Zhangzhou and Taiwan, realize mutual benefit and win-win.
