摘　　要：给出了一类苯系统的Clar覆盖多项式的表达式,并由此给出了它们的Clar和Kekule结构的数目.An explicit expression was discussed for the Clar covering polynomial of a class of benzenoid system. Using this result, the counting of Clar and Kekule structures was resolved.
