摘　　要：在Windows中,应用程序不会处于分割独立的状态,它们需要相互联系。为越来越多的程序提供一个自动化接口以使其它程序驱动它们,OLE正是这样一个功能强大的服务器。其真正价值在于,它提供了一种标准,将开发平台与用户拥有的应用程序(如Microsoft Word与Excel)集成在一起。以Delphi调用外部应用程序Ex-cel和Matlab为例,阐述了OLE的基本概念、原理和使用方法,为工程软件开发人员对该接口的应用提供具有实际意义的参考方法。Application programs need to contact and communicate reciprocally in Windows. OLE, serving as such an automatic server, would provide the interface to drive programs. The real value of OLE means a set of standards, which integrate development tools with application programs such as Word or Excel. With running Ex- cel and Matlab as examples, the principle and application of OLE have been studied in this paper. A reference method is introduced to programmers in practical software projects.
