中国竞技篮球运动发展内外环境的优化研究

摘　　要：根据现代篮球运动发展的规律和特征,从社会学的角度出发,对目前中国篮球运动发展存在主要问题进行分析,包括管理体制不健全、竞技水平起伏不定、后备人才严重缺乏、敬业精神不够、训练质量不高、管理不严、科研理论与实践脱节等几个方面。结合篮球运动的发展规律,提出一些优化中国篮球运动发展内外环境的对策,旨在对中国篮球发展提供一些理论参考。Based on the law and the characteristics of modern basketball sport, from the sociological angle this article analyzes the main problems existed in Chinese basketball development. These main problems are imperfect management system, unstable competitive level, serious deficient reserve talents, inadequate professional dedication spirit, low training quality, instrict management and disjointed research theory and practice. According to the developing law of basketball, some countermeasures are put forward to optimize the inner and outer environment of Chinese basketball development, hoping that it could provide some theoretic references for Chinese basketball development.
