摘  要:目的探讨调节性T细胞(Treg)在消化道肿瘤局部与其他部位的表面标志差异性。方法采用四色流式细胞术检测消化道肿瘤患者外周血、腹水、肿瘤组织、癌旁淋巴结、正常组织、健康对照外周血Treg细胞。结果消化道肿瘤患者外周血中Treg细胞显著高于健康对照(P<0.05),且腹水、肿瘤组织、癌旁淋巴结中存在高水平Treg细胞。消化道肿瘤患者外周血和腹水中CD25高表达与叉状头/翅状螺旋转录因子(Foxp3)显著相关,肿瘤局部CD25^+与Foxp3显著相关。结论Treg细胞在消化道肿瘤局部与外周的表面标志存在差异,此结果为选取Treg膜标记分析Treg打下基础。Objective To investigate the difference of surface marker of regulatory T(Treg) cell in gastrointestinal cancer region and periphery. Methods 4-color staining flow cytometry was used to detect the Treg cells in gastrointestinal cancer patients' peripheral blood, ascites, tumor tissue, draining lymph node, normal tissue and healthy controls' peripheral blood. Results In cancer patients' peripheral blood, Treg cells were significantly higher than healthy controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Also high levels of Treg cell were found in ascites, tumor tissue and draining lymph node. In periphery, CD25^high was correlated well with forkhead/winged helix transcription factor (Foxp3) , while in cancer region, CD25^+ was correlated well with Foxp3. Conclusions Treg cells in gastrointestinal cancer region and periphery show different surface marker. This result contributes the further analysis for Treg with membrane marker.
