两种降调节方案在体外受精—胚胎移植中促排卵效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨达必佳黄体后期给药对体外受精—胚胎移植者垂体降调节的效果。方法212个周期分成两组,A组:月经第21天起达必佳全量(0.1 mg/d)皮下注射,7 d后改半量(0.05 mg/d),直至注射绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日。B组:月经第21天起达必佳半量(0.05 mg),每日皮下注射直至注射HCG日。比较两组超排卵周期月经第3天和HCG注射日血清性激素水平及促卵泡成熟素(FSH)用药剂量等指标。结果A组第3天和HCG注射日平均血清黄体生成素(LH)水平显著低于B组(P<0.01),而A组平均用FSH显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论长方案中每日半量(0.05 mg)达必佳能有效达到降调作用。Objective To examine the effect of short-acting triptorelin in later luteal phase on pituitary down-regulation for the patients in IVF. Methods 212 cycles were divided into two groups. In group A： Firstly 0. lmg（total dosage） shot-acting triptorelin S. C. daily starting from day 21 of menstrual cycle and continuing for 7 days, and then starting with 0. 05 mg （ half dosage ） short-acting triptorelin, until HCG administration. In group B：0. 05rag（half dosage） short-acting triptorelin S. C. daily starting from day 21 of menstrual cycle, until HCG administration. Serum sex hormone leveling the third day （ D3 ） of superovulation cycle and the day of HCG administration, FSH dosages and the others were compared between two groups. Results In group A, mean serum LH levels in D3 and administration day of HCG were significant lower than that of group B （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Mean FSH dosage per treatment cycle in group A ampule and it was significantly higher than ampule of group B （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion An effective down-regulation of the pituitary can be realized by half-dose of（0. 05 mg）Tritorelin daily.
