摘 要:阐述了永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的基本原理。介绍了一种基于模糊直接转矩控制的永磁同步电机测功机设计方案。为减小转矩脉动而引入了模糊逻辑的思想,将转矩误差、定子磁链误差和磁链角度进行合理的模糊分级,作为模糊控制器的输入以合理选择电压空间矢量。为减小模糊控制规则、缩短控制计算时间和加快响应速度,将定子磁链角度进行映射处理。仿真结果表明,这种应用模糊逻辑的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的测功机能获得比较好的运行性能,具有良好的工程应用价值。The principle of DTC-PMSM was introduced. A kind of dynamometer based on fuzzy direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTC-PMSM) is introduced. For the sake of reducing torque ripple, fuzzy logic idea was introduced into the system. In the fuzzy logic DTC system, the torque error, stator flux linkage error and flux linkage angle were all properly fuzzified into several fuzzy subsets, and as the inputs of fuzzy controller to accurately select the voltage space vector. The stator flux linkage angle was mapped onto a limited region to minimize the number of fuzzy control rules, shorten computation time and improve the response speed. Simulation resuhs indicated that the dynamometer based on fuzzy logic DTC of PMSM can achieve more superior operation performance, and has better engineering application value.
