摘  要:为了有效控制桑黑枯型疫病[Mulberry bacterial blight(black wilt type)]在江苏省盐城市蚕区的暴发危害,研究了对该病综合防治的影响因素和有效防治技术。通过单因子试验发现,夏伐迟早、施肥方式、稀释药剂的水质、施药前是否摘除有病芽叶等措施均显著影响对桑黑枯型疫病的综合防治效果;施药器械、施药方法对综合防治的效果影响不明显。在发病初期摘除有病芽叶后,喷施100 mg/kg盐酸环丙沙星或100 mg/kg盐酸恩诺沙星,配合其它农业措施,在盐城市3个蚕桑重点乡镇的4个中试点,均有效地控制了桑黑枯型疫病的发生与危害。关键词桑树;黑枯型疫病;综合防治;In recent years, mulberry bacterial blight (black wilt type), abbreviated as MBB (BWT), broke out in the key sericultural towns in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province and resulted in heavy damage of mulberry. The traditional control method was unable to control the damage effectively. In this paper, we invesigated the effect of influencing factors on the integrative control and proposed the effecient control method over MBB (BWT). Through the single-factor test, we found that the effect of integrative control on MBB (BWT) was in- fluenced significantly by the factors, such as early or late summer pruning, application strategy of fertilizers, types of water used for diluting fungicides and removing the infected leaflets or not before spraying fungicides, but not affected by the spraying appliance and methods. At the initial stage of the disease, treatment of spra- ying ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets or enrofloxacin hydrochloride solution at the concentration of 100 mg/ kg to the mulberry removed the diseased leaflets was the effective control method for the disease in the three major towns tested in Yancheng City.
