家蚕春秋兼用限性品种“南·岳×星·辰”的选育

摘　　要：采用杂交、回交与系统选育等育种方法,经春、夏、秋不同环境下定向培育及严格的后代选择,分别育成了中系限性家蚕品种南(1505)、岳(1507)和日系限性家蚕品种星(1514)、辰(1518),并根据杂交强势的原理,组配成春秋兼用四元杂交种南.岳×星.辰。实验室鉴定、农村饲养及种场繁育结果表明,该品种强健好养,产茧量高,茧丝质优良,原蚕容易饲养,综合经济性状优良。新品种春季饲养的万蚕产茧量比对照品种菁松×皓月高3.0%,虫蛹率96.20%,解舒丝长1 177.8 m,洁净95.50分;秋季饲养的万蚕产茧量比对照品种洞.庭×碧.波高6.8%,虫蛹率93.29%,解舒丝长879.7 m,洁净93.67分。新品种的幼虫均为皮斑限性,日系原蚕蛾具有米黄色花翅的特点。Two sex-limited marking varieties of Chinese strain, Nan（1505） and Yue（1507）, and two sex-limited marking varieties of Japanese strain, Xing（1514） and Chen（1518）, were bred respectively by means of hybrid- ization ,back-crossing and pedigree selection, together with the further strict offspring selection under different climate circumstance in spring,summer and autumn. Then, the quaternary hybrid, Nan · Yue ×Xing · Chen, for spring and autumn rearing was selected and bred on the basis of heterosis. The identification results from laboratory,countryside and the silkworm egg producing farm revealed that the new variety is strong to rear easily, with high cocoon harvest and excellent silk quality. Their parent silkworm larva is also easy to rear and the hybrid is good in multiplication, in spring, its cocoon crop per 10 000 larvae is 3.0% higher than that of the control Jingsong × Haoyue, larva-pupa rate is 96.20%,length of non-broken cocoon filament is 1 177.8 m, and neatness is 95.50 points. In autumn, its cocoon crop per 10 000 larvae is 6.8% higher than that of the control Dong · Ting×Bi · Bo, larva-pupa rate is 93.29% ,length of non-broken cocoon filament is 879.7 m and neatness is 93.67 points. In addition, the presence of complete sex-limited markings at larval stage and cream wings in the parent moths of Japanese strains are the unique properties of the new silkworm variety.
