摘　　要：PLC是一种先进的工业控制装置,PLC的故障检测与保护措施是PLC安全可靠运行的重要保证;针对PLC的工作特点,提出了PLC的三种故障检查程序的设计方法,两种PLC输入/输出的硬件保护方法,这些措施经实践证明,都是经济实用的。The PLC is an advanced equipment, three methods of program design of fault detection for PLC control system were presented based on different fault of control system, and two hardware protect methods were described especially for the input and output ehannels. It is proved that these methods are useful for raising the reliability and safety of PLC systems.
