青藏铁路沿线鼠疫菌营养需求的研究

摘　　要：目的检测青藏铁路沿线鼠疫菌的营养需求。方法选用 Lawton 最小培养基,采用 Lawton 最小培养基中加减各种氨基酸的方法进行。结果试验用青藏铁路沿线菌株对色氨酸(Trp)、苏氨酸(Thr)、亮氨酸(Leu)、精氨酸(Arg)不依赖,而对苯丙氨酸(Phe)、甲硫氨酸(Met)、半胱氨酸(Cys)依赖,对异亮氨酸(Ile)和谷氨酸(Glu)表现出低营养。结论鼠疫菌营养需求的特征可作为鼠疫菌分型的重要指征之一。Objective To detect the nutrient - requirement of the Y. pestis along the Qinghai - Tibet Railway. Methods To add and decrease amino acid of Lawton euhure medium. Results The Y. pestis of along the Qinghai - Tibet Railway depend on Phe,Met,Cys,did not depend on Trp,Thr,Leu,Arg and showed meiotroph of Ile ,Glu. Conclusions The character of the nutrient - requirement of Y. pestis might be taken as a marker for the Y. pestis typing.
