内蒙古近10年检出238株布氏菌分析

摘　　要：目的报道238株布氏菌出菌地域、出菌宿主及种型特点,为疫情监测和指导防治参考。方法查阅、整理、分析文验室检菌资料。结果此238株布氏菌主要出自内蒙古呼伦贝尔盟与锡林郭勒盟、兴安盟、乌兰察布盟、包头、呼和浩特市也检出布氏菌,出菌宿主有人、羊、牛,检出菌包括羊_1、羊_2、羊_3、牛_1、牛_9、猪_1、非典型、羊变异型。结论内蒙古近几年的布氏菌种型比较复杂,但主导菌仍为羊种菌,且主要为羊1型菌。Objactive We repot the region, host and spesies character of 238 Brucella in this paper, hope to provide reference for epidemic situation monitor and control. Methods To look up sort out and analyse laboratory examing bacteria datas. Results These Brucella bacteria mainly found in Hulunbeier meng, Xilinguole meng, Xing an meng, Wulanchabu meng, Baotou and Huhhot. The hosts are human . sheep and ox. The bacteria detected include sheep1, sheep2, sheep3, ox1 , ox9 ,, swine1, nontypical and sheep variant. Conclusions In recent years, the varieties of Brucella detected in Inner Mogolia region are complicated,while the leading variety is from sheep host,mainly sheep1.
