摘　　要：分析了目前精洁米生产工艺设备情况和市场销售状况及精米生产存在的生产工艺、设备问题，并就存在的问题，提出了一些看法。The present situations of the production technology and equipment as well as marketing of clean white rice were analyzed. The existing problems related to the clean white rice production technology and equipment were pointed out and some views on their developing trend were put forward.
