摘　　要：介绍了我国对中小企业的界定,并论述了中小企业在国民经济发展中的地位和作用,深入的分析了我国中小企业技术创新现状,基于分析结果,依据企业技术创新模式的三种类型的特点,提出了适合我国中小型企业发展的技术创新模式。The article, first of all, introduces the definition of Chinese Small and Medium-sized enterprises and fully clarifies the important position and roles that the small and medium-sized enterprises have played in the national economic development. And then the article deeply analyses the current situation and problems of the small and mediumsized enterprises＇ technological innovation. Finally, On the basis of the current situation and the characteristics of the three technological innovation model, the article gives advice for the technological innovation medel choice of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.
