摘　　要：随着社会进步,单一通过城市公共图书馆或者高校图书馆的服务,已经不能满足信息用户日益增长的对深层次、高质量文献信息服务的需求与信息资源及服务相对短缺的矛盾。高校图书馆与城市公共图书馆,无论在资源还是在服务方面,互补性极强,城市公共图书馆为提高服务能力而借助高校图书馆的资源优势,高校图书馆为扩大服务效益而携手城市公共图书馆。With the development of the society, the services provided by urban pulic libraries or college libraries can no longer meet the readers＇ needs for profound and high-quality information. Urban public libraries and college libraries can be complementary in resources and services, and can work together to improve the services of both.
