摘　　要：本文通过对区域科技投入的构成要素分析,确定了科技投入的评价指标,再通过构建科技投入与经济增长相关性评价方法,测算了1991-2005年吉林省科技投入要素与经济增长的关联系数和关联度。通过对吉林省科技投入要素与经济增长的关联度分析发现,与科技人力投入、科技财力投入要素相比,科技设备投入与经济增长更为密切。With analysis of components of regional investment in science and technology, this paper sets forth the appraising indicators of regional investment in science and technology. Through constructing appraising model of co-relationship between regional investment in science and technology and economic growth, this paper calculates the co-relationship degree between regional investmerit in science and technology and economic growth of Jilin province. And this paper finds out that enterprises＇equipment investment has more close relationship with economic growth than both human resource investment and financial investment.
