摘　　要：本文以对物流人才专业英语能力的社会需求及其教学现状的调查为基础,提出造成物流人才英语水平不能满足需求的根本原因是工学脱节,应加强校企合作,根据不同层次物流人才英语能力的需求,展开分层教学、实现课程大纲编写的主题化、教材内容和练习形式的实用化等。Based on a survey on the demand and status of logistics english proficiency, this thesis aims to show that the key cause for the gap between them is lack of coordination between logistics enterprises and vocational colleges. Therefore, it is suggested that the two parties cooperate more through negotiation to meet the demand for different levels of logistics graduates english proficiency, creating new layer-teaching mode, compiling thematic curriculum outline, designing practical reading material and exercises, etc.
